Engage your core, build upper body strength, and improve your body position with the FINIS Ankle Buoy. The Ankle Buoy helps you realise full body rotation by connecting the shoulders, core, and hips all the way through the legs. Body alignment extends from fingertips to toes, so while traditional buoys are nice, placing a buoy at your ankles brings your feet to the surface of the water and eliminates uphill swimming.
Made of lightweight EVA foam that is slightly textured, the Ankle Buoy will not chafe or irritate skin. With ergonomic keyholes and a contoured design, the Ankle buoy can function as both an ankle float and a leg buoy with the textured foam providing a secure grip to allow swimmers to easily transfer the buoy position.
