What is your returns policy?

At Equippd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.


How do I create a return?


If you need to return an item, simply send us an email at info@equippd.com.au with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation, and your refund will be processed.

What are my options when returning an item?

When returning an item, you can either request a refund to your original payment method or choose store credit for future purchases. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Can I exchange a sale item?

Yes, sale items can be exchanged provided they meet the same return criteria as full-price items. If the item you'd like to exchange is no longer available, we'll offer you store credit or a refund.
